At first when I saw this recipe I thought it would be good, but then when I finished making them I took a bite and they were gummy. These waffles were horrible and would not recommend them to anyone.

This made 2 perfectly delicious Belgian waffles. It was very fast to put together. This is going in my Favorites of 2011 recipe cookbook.

Perfect recipe for two people. Used 1% milk and turned out well. I’ll omit sugar next time, too sweet since I like syrup on my waffles. I’ll also try without cinnamon next time, just my preference. Heated waffle iron to highest setting (5) and browned too much; preferred middle setting (3). Will definitely use this recipe again with my edits.

If you want a fluffy waffles, add more milk in it 1 cup , or more butter( 2 tbsp). And whip the egg white to peak form and add in the end , fold it into the batter carefully. Don't over mix it.

Used vitamin d milk Let the batter sit

You can use less sugar cause who needs a sweet waffle if you're putting syrup on it. You can substitute 1/4 cup oil for the butter. I use 2% milk instead of skim cause that's what I have in my fridge

I substituted oat flour and added a half cup more but did everytning else the same and yum!
